Our founder, Steve, has enterprise-level development experience. Working with leadership teams in US federal agencies, C-Suite Fortune 500 companies, and large-scale commercial product development, Steve has seen how projects are developed, and how they can evolve into an optimization-ready state.
After decades leading these teams, Steve is ready to share the insight and build-in efficiencies to ensure projects remain energized and avoid the habits/processes that can detract from performance, impede development, and harm culture.
